The speakers, presenters and mentors include leading executives of both public and private companies, professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, attorneys, CPAs, consultants, and engineers. College students from top universities are also available to provide tips and strategies that worked for them in their success paths.
Success ThinkTank is focused on the creation of an ecosystem which will support and maximize the probability of success for participants. The current US system for preparing youth to lead prosperous lives is far from effective; other countries are leapfrogging us. America’s guidance counseling system is inadequate and stressed, many times focused on pressing psychological and social issues, and lacking in resources and expertise for success guidance. We are concerned about the diminishing competitive edge and will strive to ignite a spark of genius in the participants and inspire them to think big and change the world. Kids all over the US and world are making a positive impact by achieving great things. After all, the most important future opportunities and jobs will be Creator or Visionary, no longer just Manager or Director.
Success ThinkTank has innovative programs and conferences for students in high school, upper middle school, college, and graduate schools; as well as adults interested in entrepreneurship, career transitions (reinventing oneself) and women’s empowerment programs.
Through intensive but fun, interactive conferences (not traditional classroom methods), the JuiceTank Conference will help people master 21 practical success skills, seldom taught in schools or at companies. Innovative approaches powered by sophisticated software technologies (coming soon) will give participants custom-designed personal navigation plans to ignite their passions and take flight. The program will incubate concepts in strategy, game theory, mindsets, “big” thinking, negotiation tactics, prioritization, focus/memory, art and science of decision-making, strategic networking, risk analyses, and social entrepreneurship. Students will learn how to become stronger and more confident leaders and accelerate achievement. Mentorship in diverse fields will help attendees learn how to navigate various career options and break into fields of their interest, to maximize their potential.
NYC Excursion – students will also have an opportunity to visit some of the most prestigious companies, including investment banks, ad and marketing agencies, consulting firms, etc. There they will learn about career opportunities, interviewing skills, and about the best future prospects of those industries.
